ABOUT
CHEF EBRU

Born in Turkey, Chef Ebru spent her childhood living across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States, immersing herself in dozens of cultures that would forever shape the techniques she uses to prepare food.

By age 23, she earned positions in three Michelin kitchens across New York City, mastering the discipline and precision expected at the highest level.

But after years of 14-hour days preparing the same dishes over and over, she realized she wanted something Michelin kitchens couldn't offer....complete creative freedom.

She left to become a Private Chef for High Net Worth families, where every menu could be designed from scratch around the people at the table.

The results spoke for themselves.

As demand grew, Chef Ebru founded Private Chef University, an intensive six-month academy where she teaches aspiring Chefs the philosophy and techniques behind her approach to Private Dining.

For years, these meals were reserved for private families.

Now for the first time, they're available to everyone.

The experience is $200 per person. This includes a menu created around you, hands-on instruction, ingredients, travel and cleanup.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE LAST?

Your experience can be planned around the time you have available. Most cooking classes last approximately 2 to 3 hours, but timing may vary depending on the menu we create together.

HOW DO WE CHOOSE WHAT TO COOK?

After you submit your request, we’ll contact you to talk about what you love, what you don’t, and what you’d like to cook or learn. Examples include Spanish tapas night, classic surf and turf, handmade pastas etc.

DO WE NEED ANY COOKING EXPERIENCE?

Not at all. The experience is designed for every skill level. Chef Ebru will guide you through the process and make sure you feel comfortable from beginning to end.

You’ll need a working stove or cooktop, refrigerator, sink and enough clear counter or table space for cutting boards. We’ll confirm any menu-specific requirements beforehand.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

We can accommodate many dietary preferences and restrictions with advance notice. Tell us about any dietary needs or allergies when submitting your request so we can create an appropriate menu.

We clean the cookware, tools and preparation surfaces used during your experience, so you can sit down and enjoy the meal you made together.

CAN WE BRING WINE OR OTHER DRINKS?

Absolutely. This is a BYOB experience, so you’re welcome to enjoy your favorite beverages during your date night.
